How To Root Samsung Galaxy S2 Android ICS 4.0.3 I9100XXLP6

Step 1: Download and install Samsung USB Drivers and ODIN.

Step 2: Download Chainfire`s CF root for I9100XXLP6 XDA (CF-Root-SGS2_XX_OXA_LP2-v5.2-CWM5.zip file).

Step 3: Extract CF-Root-SGS2_XX_OXA_LP2-v5.2-CWM5.zip file, you will get CF-Root-SGS2_XX_OXA_LP2-v5.2-CWM5.tar

Step 4: Power Off your phone and put it in downloading mode by press “Volume Down” + “Power” + “Menu” button

Step 5: Open Odin on PC and then connect Galaxy S2 to PC via USB.

Step 6: keep only Auto Reboot & F.Reset time checked and then put CF-Root-SGS2_XX_OXX_LP6-v5.2-CWM5.tar file in PDA Odin tab.

Step 7: Click “start” to start root process and phone will restart when it is completed.
